These terms apply to the website and services provided by Holistic Touch by Sandra in Valencia, Spain.

1. Services

We provide holistic massage, relaxation and wellness sessions. Our services are focused on general wellbeing and relaxation and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or medical treatment.

2. Bookings

Bookings may be requested through the website, WhatsApp or email. A booking is confirmed only after we confirm availability.

3. Payments

Payments may be made online through secure providers such as Stripe or PayPal, or by other accepted methods. Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise.

4. Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. Gift cards can be used for eligible services offered by Holistic Touch by Sandra and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, subject to availability.

6. Customer responsibilities

Customers should provide accurate contact information and inform us about any relevant condition that may affect the suitability of a massage session.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide services with reasonable care and professionalism. We are not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer or by failure to follow reasonable instructions.
