This stage prepares your physical vessel to receive the deeper energetic work.
Stage II — Energetic Restoration (Reiki & Chakra Analysis): Using the Japanese discipline of Reiki, I act as a conduit for universal energy, providing it where your body needs it most. During this phase, I perform an analysis of the 7 main chakras, identifying energy vortices that may feel blocked or depleted, and using crystals to help restore your internal balance and spiritual connection.
Stage III — Vibrational Integration (Tibetan Sound Bath): To seal the healing, we use the resonance of Tibetan Singing Bowls. These vibrations are intended to reach the cellular level, recharging your energy system, easing emotional tension, and supporting the release of well-being hormones.
